COU 6661 - Use and Interpretation of Tests

Credits, 3 sem. hrs.
Prerequisite(s): Admission to the Master's Program in the specialty area of Clinical Mental Health, Marriage and Family Therapy, or School Counseling and completion of the following courses: COU 6501 Legal, Ethical, and Professional Issues in Counseling ; COU/PSY6506 Multicultural Counseling  ; COU/PSY 6504 Research-Methods and Procedures       This course provides a framework for understanding individual, family and group testing, as well as methods for conducting case studies and research. In order to register for COU 6999 Graduate Comprehensive Examination  and take the CPCE, which is required for graduation, this course must be successfully completed with a grade of “B” or better.
