EDU 6581 - Tests, Measurements, and MasteryCredits, 3 sem. hrs. Course topics include reliability theory, test and evaluation development, validation and assessment. The student will develop the ability to use theory, concepts, and practices to think critically and act intelligently when applying the theory, concepts and practices of learning measurement. The student will evaluate the construction and use of teacher-made tests, and will survey standardized tests, test interpretation, and basic statistical procedures.
