COM 5449 - Intercultural Communication

Credits, 3 sem. hrs.

Prerequisite(s): Graduate Standing. This course will involve the student in the study of the complex issues of intercultural communication. The student will examine the manner in which various cultures and subcultures communicate in personal and professional settings. The course will focus on both foreign and domestic cultures. Various cultural communication patterns will be explored to prepare the student to be a leader in a global multi-cultural community.
